About me

Ewa Łazaruk–Demezet, a freelance interpreter and translator based in Nantes.
I hold two Masters of Art degrees: in philosophy and ethnology. Both are from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun . After I had graduated I moved to Paris, France, where I continued my education until I completed a bachelor’s degree in Polish philology (with specialization in FLE didactics) . I was awarded with my BA title by INALCO (National institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations). I also hold two diplomas awarded by ESIT which is a further education school for translators and interpreters. The diplomas achieved there are: a certificate in the methodology of translation and a higher education diploma in legal translation and interpretation.
I have been a sworn translator in the Appeal Court in Paris.
